Changepoint Workshops

Changepoint Workshops

After assessment and review, a variety of types of workshops, seminars, education programs, or discussions may be used to impact a group or organization. During the assessment phase, discussion centers on the needs of the organization, what the organization can do for itself, what may require assistance from outside consultants, and how the overall plan will be tied together.

The list below represents selected interventions that have been used as elements of an overall organizational plan or as individual activities to resolve a specific problem. Their inclusion is intended to show the breadth of potential that exists to facilitate desired change. Our preferred goal is to build a plan that eventually impacts all levels of the organization.

Below is a list of selected examples of our past work. View them as possible avenues to intervene in a group or organization.
